The VS300D is a high-precision micro-dispensing robot designed to work in a clean environment. Its 3-axis gantry table structure, servomotors and precision screw drive ensure speed, accuracy and consistency. It has a camera / laser pair that positions the micro-dispensing head precisely and repeatably where the fluid (resin, solder paste, conductive adhesive…) must be dispensed. It is offered with all options: heated table, UV (LED) curing.
Independent stand-mounted control console, for flexible layout and ergonomic access at the workstation.
Vision, laser sensor, UV module and nozzle cleaning integrated, with no extra configuration cost.
Repeatability ± 0.015 mm, accuracy ± 0.035 mm, speed up to 1,000 mm/s (X/Y) — reproducible dispensing batch after batch.
Drag-and-drop programming (up to 999 recipes), automatic needle calibration, compact desktop architecture.
Cover designed and manufactured by CDS Electronique for the VS300D: side view and front view, overall dimensions in millimetres. Version with door on the left and screen on the right — mirrored assembly is possible.

In-line UV (LED) curing, directly after dispensing.
The part is held by vacuum during dispensing: thin boards and flexible substrates stay flat and in place, without mechanical clamping.
