Micro-dispensing consists of depositing very small quantities of fluid (adhesive, resin, grease, solder paste, silicone, flux) with great precision and high repeatability. It is used, for example, for chip underfill, camera module assembly, component bonding or encapsulation in electronics.
A time/pressure dispenser with a needle is the simple, versatile solution for adhesives, greases and resins. A screw valve, such as the KSV1000, is suited to hot-melt adhesives and high-viscosity pastes. A piezoelectric jet valve (KPS2000-U or KPS6000-U) dispenses without contact and at high speed, up to 500,000 mPa·s for the KPS2000-U and 800,000 mPa·s for the KPS6000-U. A trial in our Demo-Lab validates the choice of technology for your application.
The VS300D is a high-precision vision-guided Cartesian dispensing robot for stand-alone use, with camera, laser sensor, heated table and UV curing. The FS200A is an in-line robot with two independent heads, and the FS600A/F is an in-line robot for micro-dispensing and assembly. For jet underfill and chip encapsulation, we also offer the GS600SUA and GS600M machines.
Yes. Our Demo-Lab in Bussy-Saint-Martin (Seine-et-Marne, France) is available for dispensing trials with your product and your parts. Equipment is available for purchase or rental, with commissioning and training for your teams.
We supply precision nozzles (16 diameters from 0.10 to 1.50 mm), Luer-Lock needles from 14G to 34G, syringes/cartridges from 5 to 600 cc, Slit Nozzles for flat coating and EASY-PURGE purge gel for cleaning dispensing equipment.

Yes, with the MLS300: cutting is contact-free, burr-free and without any significant heat-affected zone (≤ 5 µm), for ceramics, wafers, carbide and diamond. A cutting trial on your parts can be arranged.
