A wide, even bead in a single pass
The slit nozzle replaces the round outlet of a conventional needle with a flat opening: the product is no longer dispensed as a dot but spread across the full width of the slit. It is the solution for encapsulation beads, surface bonding and even deposits along a strip.
Three widths are available, from 3.0 to 4.8 mm, all with a 0.6 mm opening.
